About

Conversion work is bottlenecked on people, not ideas.

Not on a lack of tools, and not on a lack of data. On the chain of humans that data has to pass through before anything on the page actually moves.

The bottleneck

Three steps, and every one of them waits.

Notice

Somebody has to look at the data and spot that something is off. Usually weeks after it started being off.

Propose

Somebody has to work out what to do about it, and be confident enough to argue for it.

Ship

Somebody has to build it, and they are almost always busy with something the company considers more important.

In-house pods, agency retainers and no-code tools all sit somewhere on that chain. None of them removes it. Vivere does all three steps, so nobody has to ask.

The bet

Why a language model, and not a statistical optimiser.

A split test can tell you variant B converted better. It cannot tell you why, because it has no model of why. It searches a hypothesis space that a person wrote out by hand, and when those hypotheses run out, it waits for that person to think of more.

A model reading structured behaviour can connect a specific pattern to the specific failure behind it, and generate the next hypothesis itself. That is the actual bet. Not that machines build faster than people, but that the slow part of conversion work was never the building. It was noticing, and deciding what to try next.

The bet only holds if the reasoning respects statistical maturity, which is why the Analyst can stop a run entirely.

Where we are

Early, and saying so.

Vivere is being built. It is not open to customers, it has no customers to point at, and there is no scale to claim. A previous version of the system existed and the architecture was wrong, so this is a rebuild around the agent pipeline rather than an iteration on it.

Every piece of product data on this site is sample data, and it is labelled as sample wherever it appears. When that stops being true, the labels come off.

Are you hiring?

Not yet. There are no open roles, and posting some to look established would be the wrong first thing to tell you. If you want to be there when that changes, get in touch.

Go touch grass.
