Cookie policy

Short, because there is very little to report.

Last updated 8 August 2026

Pre-launch draft. Vivere is not yet open to customers. This document describes intended practice and has not been through legal review. It will be replaced before the product is generally available.

1. What this site sets today

Nothing. As of the date above, this website sets no cookies and uses no equivalent client-side storage for tracking. It runs no analytics, no advertising or conversion pixels, no session recording, no A/B testing tool, no chat widget, and no social or video embeds.

That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived. Under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules a consent banner is required before non-essential cookies are set. There are none to consent to, and showing a banner anyway would be theatre.

2. Server logs are not cookies

Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, user agent and requested URL. This happens at the server and does not involve storing anything on your device, so it is not covered by cookie consent rules. It is covered by the privacy policy.

3. What would change this

If we add analytics, a waitlist form that needs a session, or any third-party embed, this page will be updated before that change goes live, and a consent mechanism will be added where the law requires one. Non-essential cookies will not be set before you opt in.

4. Cookies on customer websites

Vivere does not add a client-side script to a customer's page, so it does not introduce cookies there either. It reads behavioural data from the analytics tool the customer already runs. Whatever that tool sets is covered by that customer's own cookie policy, and consent for it is their responsibility as the controller.

5. Controlling cookies generally

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies for any site. Doing so will not affect anything here, since there is nothing to block.
